A. SHIPPING & TRACKING
We ship orders within 4 to 8 business days (depending on availability and processing). Once shipped, your order usually arrives within the timeframes below:
• France (DPD, delivery with signature required): 4 to 7 business days. Free delivery (excluding beds/sofas and bulky orders).
• Europe (DPD, delivery with signature required): 5 to 8 business days. €25 (excluding beds/sofas: €150).
• International (outside Europe): by quotation. Contact: contact@m-x-home.com
Stock: we do our utmost to keep items in stock. If an item is out of stock or experiences a production delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
For large orders (e.g. beds, sofas, or large shipments, notably beyond 4 items), delivery is carried out by specialized carriers (Geodis or Kuehne+Nagel).
Delivery is made to the doorstep only (building or house entrance). The carrier does not unpack, will not take back the pallet, and will not carry the packages upstairs, even if an elevator is available.
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange the necessary means to transport the packages to the final installation location.
We strongly recommend having a person available who is able to receive and handle the packages on the day of delivery.
If the delivery location is not easily accessible and a second delivery attempt is necessary, additional fees may be charged.
Upon delivery, please check the condition of the packaging and the products. In the event of a visible issue (damaged/open box, damaged product, missing parcel), you must record specific reservations on the carrier’s delivery note. Statements such as “subject to unpacking” or “subject to inspection” are not sufficient.
We recommend checking the contents in the presence of the carrier, even if the parcel shows no external signs of damage.
Parcel marked “delivered”: if tracking shows a delivery with proof and signature, you must first contact the carrier (DPD) to open an inquiry, then keep us informed.
Parcel returned to sender: in cases of incorrect address, prolonged absence, or failure to collect, MX Home does not cover re-shipment costs.
B. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your return or exchange request. Please contact us by email stating the reason and your order number.
The product must be returned within 14 days, in its original packaging, in its original condition, unused and complete.
Returned products that are incomplete, damaged, used, wet, submerged, chlorinated, salted or soiled cannot be accepted. Each return is inspected upon receipt.
Not accepted:
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Sale items
France :
• Return shipping costs are covered via a return label (excluding Corsica if applicable).
• Reshipment costs (in case of an exchange) are covered.
Europe :
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Reshipment costs (in case of an exchange) are the responsibility of the customer.
Bulky items (foam beds, sofas, and large items) :
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for France, Europe and international.
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used at purchase.
If everything is in order, the refund is typically credited within 6 days (excluding any bank processing times).
C. OUTDOOR PRODUCTS & USE
Our products are designed for outdoor use: the fabrics are suitable for the outdoors and made to last, with good color retention through the seasons thanks to their resistance to UV.
The materials are water-repellent and easy to care for. As with any outdoor textile, durability also depends on exposure conditions (sun intensity, pollution, sea spray, use).
After exposure to salt or chlorine (seaside, pool), we recommend rinsing with fresh water, then allowing to dry completely before storage.
Most of our covers are removable to make maintenance easier.
Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth or sponge with lukewarm water and neutral soap.
For stubborn stains: machine wash at 30°C when indicated for the product, with air drying only.
Avoid tumble drying, bleach and abrasive products, which can damage the fibers and colors.
To extend the life of your products, we recommend wintering them and storing them in a dry place, protected from moisture and the elements, ideally under a protective cover.
After outdoor use, make sure the product is completely dry before putting it away.
For products used in contact with water (e.g. floating poufs), it is advisable to remove them from the water after each use to let them dry, then store them in a dry place when not in use.
D. DATA & PAYMENTS
Payment in 4 installments is available via Alma at checkout, subject to eligibility. Simply select Alma as the payment method during checkout and follow the steps shown.
We offer secure online payment processing (3D Secure).
We accept payments by debit or credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal.

MX Home supports discerning private customers and professionals (hotels, beach clubs, architects, interior designers, shops) on personalization and bespoke projects, subject to feasibility: choice of fabrics, colors, size adaptations, specific projects and volume orders.
Lead times vary depending on the level of customization, the season and the availability of materials. After reviewing your request, we will confirm feasibility, provide a quote and an estimated timeframe.
