We do our best to keep all items in stock.
However, some items are selling faster than expected and may be subject to production delays. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you.

We ship orders within 4 to 7 working days once shipped, your order should arrive within the time frame below

- Delivery in France / Delivery time 4 to 6 days with DPD (delivery against signature only)

- Delivery in Europe / Delivery time 5 to 8 days with DPD (delivery against signature only)

Delivery costs are free for customers in Europe (excluding beds/sofas/custom-made) and on quote for international customers.

Package damaged/stolen/lost

- MX home declines all responsibility in the event of excessive delivery times due to postal services. The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and items upon delivery. It is up to the Customer to make all reservations and complaints that he deems necessary, or even to refuse the package, when it is clearly damaged during Delivery. We advise you to systematically check the contents of the package in the presence of the carrier, in order to verify the condition of the items, even if your package shows no signs of deterioration.

- If according to our tracking your packages are displayed as "delivered" with proof of delivery and supporting signature: You must contact DPD and their press releases with the information requested to search for your package.

- If the package was returned to us for the following reasons: prolonged absence, error in the delivery address, prolonged absence at a relay point: MXHOME will not cover the shipping costs for the re-delivery of your order.

Deliveries outside of Europe are subject to customs duties and/or taxes.

If you are ordering from outside Europe (Switzerland), taxes and customs fees will be calculated automatically during checkout to ensure fast and trouble-free delivery.

Refund policy

You must contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the package, informing us by email of the reason for your return or exchange.

The item must be returned to us with its original packaging and in its original condition within 14 days.

Each package is carefully checked, items returned incomplete, damaged, used, soiled or used, without their paper label, will not be taken back or refunded and we will not cover the return costs. If everything is in order, your refund will be automatically re-credited to the same payment method used within 6/10 days.

For France : A Prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you for your return. You will then need to drop off your package at the nearest post office.
For Europe + international: Return costs are your responsibility.

For foam beds, sofas and 150cm trees: Return costs are your responsibility for France, Europe and Internationally.

For undelivered packages in transit within the carrier's network, reimbursement will be applied. UNIQUELY when the package is returned to us.

The company reserves the right to refuse any refund or return under conditions.

The following Products cannot be subject to the right of withdrawal:

-Any custom-made and personalized product cannot be refunded or exchanged

-Any exchange or refund request from December 23 will not be taken

Guarantee

The warranty does not cover repairs and replacements caused by normal wear and tear or by a lack of regular inspection or maintenance of the product, by negligent, inappropriate or incorrect use, or by use not in accordance with the usual provisions or rules indicated in the product technical sheet. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover maintenance work or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties, nor the use of damaged or non-original spare parts.

- The warranty does not apply if the damage results from improper

- Normal wear and loss of color, stains due to pollution
environmental or other extreme external factors are not covered by warranty. When the warranty applies, it is limited to replacement of the product. The warranty begins on the date of the invoice.

Care of cushions/ottomans

Precautions for use Do not place your beanbag near a fireplace or central heating. Our beanbags and cushions are neither toys nor buoys. Styrofoam beads are dangerous to children if swallowed or inhaled. The use of MX HOME beanbags and cushions is not recommended for those under 18 years of age.

Order process

MXHOME reserves the right to refuse any order or order being processed from a Customer with whom it is in dispute, in particular a payment dispute.

Acceptance of the Conditions by the Customer

Product Characteristics
MXHOME presents, on the technical data sheets of the Products, the essential characteristics of the latter which the Customer must be aware of. MXHOME reserves the right to modify the assortment of Products depending in particular on the constraints linked to its suppliers of raw materials. MXHOME will make its best efforts to ensure that the photographic representation of the Products on the MXHOME Site is as faithful as possible. It is nevertheless possible that the perception of the Product(s) does not completely correspond to the Product(s). The Product(s) are presented in photographs sometimes with other Product(s).

Unless otherwise specified on the MXHOME Site, all Products sold by MHOME are new. In any case, the Products comply with current European Union legislation and the standards applicable in France.

Availability of Products
We do our best to keep all items in stock. However, some items are selling faster than expected and may be subject to production delays. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you. Otherwise, you will be delivered within 6-15 business days.
When the Product is not in stock at MXHOME, MXHOME will inform the Customer of any possible delay in delivery compared to the deadline mentioned on the Site, by email. This deadline being a guarantee of MXHOME, the Customer will be entitled to request the cancellation of his order and request a refund. The refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest in accordance with the regulations within 14 days.

Confirmation of the order
The date of the order between MXHOME and the Customer is deemed to be that of the email confirming the order of the Products. In fact, an email is automatically sent to the Customer to confirm the order has been taken provided that the email address indicated in the registration form does not contain an error. MXHOME does not send order confirmation by post or fax. However, the contract will only be final upon receipt by MXHOME of payment for the order by the Customer in accordance with article 4.4.2 below (hereinafter the Order Date). However, this Order Date is subject to the conditions linked to the anti-fraud controls put in place by MXHOME. If additional administrative documents are requested in order to ensure the identity of the author of the order (see paragraph 4.6 Controls to avoid any fraud below). Reservation of title
MXHOME remains the owner of the Products delivered until their full payment by the Customer. Means of payment

If these parts are not received within 14 days of placing the order, the order will be deemed automatically canceled. Controls to prevent fraud
In order to prevent fraudulent use of payment methods, Customer accounts, delivery addresses, and in order to further secure Customer transactions, MXHOME carries out checks on orders placed by its Customers. Regardless of the method of ordering and payment adopted, the Customer must request an invoice from MXHOME by email. MXHOME keeps an electronic copy of each invoice and the Customer can request it again at any time.

Late payments

In the event of refusal by the bank to debit a credit card or other means of payment, it is up to the Customer to contact customer service in order to pay for their order by any means of payment.

Information provided when ordering
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information in his Customer account and his order to ensure its proper processing. Thus, in particular, the Customer's address and the delivery address of the order are under his entire responsibility. MXHOME cannot guarantee the consequences or be held responsible for additional delivery times, or additional delivery costs caused by an error in the information given by the Customer. Price
The prices of the Products are indicated in euros, all taxes included and excluding shipping costs. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable rate may be reflected in the prices of the Products after the date of entry into force of the new applicable rate. The VAT rate applied is a percentage of the value of the goods sold and depends on the type of material purchased. In any case, the applicable price is that indicated on the MXHOME Site on the date the order is registered by the Customer.

Discounts and gifts
Only one individual discount (for example in the form of a promo code) can be granted per order. When purchasing a Product in multiple quantities, the discount only applies to the first copy, unless otherwise stated in the notice sent with the promotion or discount code.

Conditioning
The Products are packaged in such a way as to comply with current transport standards, and to ensure optimal protection of the Products during their delivery. The Customer is asked to respect these same standards when returning a Product, whether during after-sales service, or when returning for convenience. Delivery of Foam Beds and sofas

Free delivery in France only.
Please notify us of any specific access problem (narrow street, upper floor access, pedestrian street, etc.) when ordering a heavy and/or bulky Product.

If you do not have an elevator or an interior staircase prepared to transport the bulky Product, the delivery person will be free to deliver the bulky Product to the ground floor of the delivery location.
IF the delivery location of the Large Product was not easily accessible for the delivery person, so that the delivery person is forced to offer a second delivery or delivery to a location that is easier to access, you will be charged for this second delivery.

Damaged packages
The Customer must check the condition of the package in front of the carrier and make the necessary reservations on the delivery slip in the event of an apparent anomaly (partial or total damage to the package, damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.), the Customer or his agent must include SPECIFIC RESERVES on the delivery note: indication of the number of missing and/or damaged packages and detailed description of any damage (open or torn packaging, damaged or missing product , etc.). Imprecise wording, such as “subject to unpacking” or “subject to verification” are of no value. In the absence of reservation, the goods are deemed to have been accepted by the Customer and cannot be disputed regarding their delivery.

If the Customer expresses reservations, he must confirm them by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to the carrier within 3 days, not including public holidays, following that of delivery. he must notify MXHOME customer service within this same period, by email to the address contact-pro@mx-home.com so that MXHOME can take the necessary measures to organize the return of the Product and a new delivery as soon as possible. In the event of no notification, MXHOME cannot be held responsible for the length of the processing time for the new delivery.

If a shipped package arrives open or damaged, the Customer must have the delivery person draw up a report of theft (report 170) so that MXHOME can open an investigation and a compensation procedure.n.

Responsibility

Tax
For all Products that the Customer plans to transport outside the European Union and Overseas Territories, obtaining an export sales slip from our services will allow them to take the necessary steps to obtain reimbursement. of the VAT rate of the Product or the corresponding order. Entire Conditions
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms will not be affected in any way. Jurisdiction and applicable law
