Shipping policy

1) Preparation times

We generally ship orders within 4 à 8 jours ouvrables (excluding exceptional periods and/or stock shortages). Once shipped, your order should arrive within the timeframes indicated below.

2) Deliveries France (DPD)

  • Express Delivery France : 4 to 7 days — DPD — delivery signature required.
  • Rate : Free (excluding beds / sofas).

3) Deliveries Europe (DPD)

  • Express Delivery Europe : 5 to 8 days — DPD — delivery signature required.
  • Rate : 25 € (excluding beds / sofas : 150 €).

4) International

International delivery: by quotation, on request to contact@m-x-home.com.

5) Large orders

For large orders, including in particular sofas, beds or any order greater than four (4) items, delivery is carried out exclusively by specialized carriers:

  • Geodis
  • Kuehne + Nagel

For these deliveries, handover is made only at the building or house entrance ("doorstep" delivery). The delivery driver does not perform either unpacking, or removal of the pallet, or carrying up stairs, even if an elevator is present. The Customer must provide the necessary means to move the parcels to the final place of use.

It is strongly recommended to ensure that a person capable of receiving and handling the parcels is present on the day of delivery.

If the delivery location is not easily accessible (inability to access by truck, dead end, major constraints) resulting in a second delivery or delivery to a more accessible point, this second delivery may be charged.

6) Stock

We do our best to keep all items in stock. However, some items may experience production delays. In case of stock shortage, we will inform you.

7) Damaged / stolen / lost parcel

  • The Customer must check the condition of the packaging and items on delivery, and make any necessary reservations and claims, or even refuse the parcel if it is visibly damaged. We recommend checking the parcel contents in the presence of the carrier.
  • If the tracking shows "delivered" with proof of delivery / signature, the Customer must contact the carrier (e.g. DPD) and provide the information requested to open an investigation.
  • If a parcel is returned (extended absence, incorrect address, absence at pickup point), MX HOME does not cover re-shipment costs.
